Q: What is your DVD region code?
A: Worlds Together DVDs have a region code of “0” so that they are region free and can be played worldwide.

Q: What format is your DVD?
A: NTSC (North American standard). If you have a multi-region player or multi format player, the DVD should play outside of North America.

Q: Do you accept school/library Purchase Orders?
A: We do accept Purchase Orders from recognized schools.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we gladly ship anywhere in the world and will ship via U.S. Postal Airmail. For faster delivery, we can ship via FedEx (3-5 days delivery time) or US Postal Global Priority or Air Mail (1-2 weeks).

Q: Can I return something if I do not like it?
A: DVDs are not returnable once opened unless they are found to be defective. Please view previews on our YouTube Channel and review free Teacher’s Guide before making your purchase decisions. You may also rent the full version from our "Digital" page.

Q: Do I need a special permission to show Worlds Together in class?
A: Worlds Together DVDs come with special limited public performance rights for class use. Some digital editions such as YouTube rental are licensed only for individual use and cannot be used for group/class use. A license fee must be purchased or special public performance rights need to be purchased.

Q: Can Elmer visit our school and speak?
A: Elmer has given numerous talks at schools and community groups about his film making experiences. As his time permits, he is occasionally available to give showings and talks on subjects ranging from Cuba to Africa, from world travel to film making.
